Who can take part? 

The Big Bang Challenge is designed for young people aged 11 to 18 and can be used in classrooms, STEM clubs and enrichment settings. 

Whether students are new to STEM project work or already have experience, the Challenge can support their learning. Resources can be adapted to suit a range of abilities and interests. 

How it works

  • celebrate achievement

Students can complete a single Challenge or explore multiple themes throughout the year.
