Primary electronics - snap circuits
Bring electronics to life in your classroom with this engaging, hands-on workshop delivered by a trained industry professional.

Overview
UKESF are offering this free, in-school workshop to introduce pupils aged 9 to 11 to the exciting world of electronics using interactive snap circuits.
During the workshop, pupils will build working circuits and learn how to control an LED using a light sensor, bringing real-world technology concepts to life in a fun and accessible way.
The 1-hour session is led by a fully trained volunteer from a local electronics or technology company. It gives young people the opportunity to meet a real engineer and hear first-hand about careers in the sector.
UKESF will match your school with a local volunteer, who will then work with you directly to arrange a convenient date and time.
Participating organisations include Leonardo, Cyntech, AMD, Bangor University, Swansea University, CSA Catapult, Nexperia, Clas-SiC and more!
This programme spans South East England, South West England, North and South Wales, and Greater Manchester, and it is subject to availability of volunteers. Please register your interest by emailing [email protected] and UKESF will reach out once a match is made.
