Why take part

Tomorrow’s Engineers Week is now in its 12th year and has become a staple in many schools’ calendars. In 2023, more than 50,000 young people from schools across the UK took part in the week.

National Engineering Day

Who do you look up to? Who do you aspire to be like?

On 13 November 2024, National Engineering Day, the Royal Academy of Engineering will be asking these questions and unveiling Engineering Role Models – inspiring engineers who are shaping our world for the better – in a bid to recruit the next, more diverse generation of engineers.
