Record numbers dared to discover Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2025

Over 60,000 young people engaged with our Tomorrow's Engineers Week resources

Students from schools across the UK were inspired to explore exciting careers in engineering and technology.

Tomorrow's Engineers Week took place 10 to 14 November. This year’s theme was Dare to discover, showing young people that it’s ok not to get things right first time. From experiments that don’t go as planned, to career paths that take unexpected turns – trial and error is at the heart of engineering and technology.

A record 61,286 young people celebrated #TEWeek25 by engaging with our material for schools, including an assembly, lesson plans, videos and activities.

Throughout the week we launched lots of exciting new content, including:

  • 16 blogs showcasing different engineering industries
  • 11 stories from people working in engineering and tech, talking about how they've dared to discover
  • 8 panellists answering questions from schools and young people

Throughout the week, people from hundreds of companies and organisations inspired students with stories about their own career paths or experiments.

And it's not too late to use the resources! Everything is still available to download and watch for free.
