About the programme
Energy Quest is a curriculum aligned science lesson for 11 to 13 year olds which introduces students to the concept of 'acting like an engineer’. Students work in teams and use problem solving skills and their science knowledge.
Why take part
By introducing the concept of problem solving in teams, Energy Quest is more than a normal science lesson. It has a real-world scenario providing context which motivates students to try out the practical activities to help others.
Tips and training
This video takes you through the three lesson options of Energy Quest, as well as optional activities, with ideas on how you can adapt the programme to fit your needs.
