This is an activity intended for use in assembly or form time.

The Steart Coastal Management Project is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. The project included coastal realignment, and restoration of saltmarshes to reduce the risk of flooding in the area. 

The resource is designed to: 

  • Introduce your students to blue carbon capture in saltmarshes.
