Green energy transition 

This is science lesson 1B – electricity of the Climate Schools Programme. The lesson is designed to: 

  • Help students understand how energy is generated

  • Introduce the concept of the green energy transition

  • Compare the different renewable and low-carbon energy sources

  • You could teach science lesson 1A before this lesson if you wanted to.
