This is an introductory science lesson, part of the Climate Schools Programme. 

The lesson is designed to: 

  • Introduce or remind students about different methods of generating power 
  • Introduce the concepts of carbon removal and carbon capture Provide a grounding in understanding how engineers are tackling climate change
